Important information

In a ruling dated May 12, 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court ruled that by providing a link, you may be held responsible for the content of the linked pages. According to the Regional Court, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing yourself from this content. For the links provided on www.hds-systems.com, we would like to point out that we have no influence on the design and content of the linked pages. We therefore expressly distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages on our homepage. This declaration applies to all links on the site and to all content on the pages to which the banners lead.

Liability for content

The content of our pages was created with the greatest care. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with Section 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
